Technology in chemistry education is an open access collection including the most important research articles on the topic. The aim is to promote open science and support life-long learning.

The collection is published by the University of Helsinki and maintained by Dr. Johannes Pernaa from the Department of Chemistry.

Open Access Principles

The collection consists mainly of Creative Commons licensed articles. Some articles have been uploaded to the collection as PDF files with metadata. Others are linked using the DOI permalink. The connection is decided based on the properties of the target platform.

In addition to CC articles, the collection includes links to free articles published by the Royal Society of Chemistry. Note that these articles are free but not open, and the users must register a free RSC account in order to download articles.
